Set Copilot model rules with a script, not a settings page. GET and PATCH REST endpoints are now generally available to read and update Copilot model policies for enterprises, enterprise teams, enterprise apps and organizations.

Who decides
Enterprise policies can hand model control down to organizations in organization mode, or to teams and apps in enterprise teams mode. GitHub’s docs on managing model availability in your enterprise and its REST API reference explain how to get started.
