id, type (daily|weekly|shelf|main_course|video), level + length + watch_parts (video only), kind + works_with (shelf only), date (published), shipped (vendor date), tool, title, summary, spice (1–3 or null), source_url, source_urls, verified, url, issue, also_in
Recipes (static site, filter client-side): high-spice verified = spice==3 && verified; changes since X = shipped >= X; dedupe via also_in. Spice and verified are editorial judgments.

verified: falsehave not been re-checked against the primary source yet; checksource_urlbefore relying on them. - Crawling and training are allowed; see robots.txt. Attribution appreciated.
