Copilot in Slack and Teams now works across multiple repositories
Ask about several repos at once without leaving Slack or Teams. Mention @GitHub to cover open PRs or issues across repos in one conversation. You can now mention it anywhere in your message, and in Slack it can read shared messages and threads as context.

Stop hopping between chats to ask about different repos. @GitHub in Slack and Teams can now work across several repositories in one conversation: create issues, open pull requests, track your PRs or investigate bugs using code from more than one repository.
Try asking: "@GitHub Show me all my open PRs across repositories and highlight which ones need my attention."
Also new: you can mention @GitHub anywhere in your message, not only at the start; moving between repositories mid-conversation is smoother; and in Slack it can use shared messages and threads as context, so you don’t have to copy and paste details.
