Cursor Origin opens the snack aisle

Cursor’s Origin now plugs into the apps you already use. That’s 20+ apps: Cloudflare, Vercel, Buildkite, CircleCI, CodeRabbit, Greptile, Semgrep, Socket, Sentry, Linear, and friends. Public submissions welcome. Apps auth with app JWT + install tokens, get webhooks, write check runs / PR comments / reviews.

In plain English

If your code lives in Cursor’s Origin, the tools you already use around it can now plug straight in.

Origin now connects with over 20 apps for deployments, CI, code review, security, monitoring and project management. You find them in the Origin App Marketplace.

Apps you can add

  • Deployments: Cloudflare, Netlify, Render, Spacelift and Vercel
  • CI: Buildkite, CircleCI, CloudBees, Depot, EngFlow, Namespace and RWX
  • Code review: CodeRabbit, Greptile and Tenki
  • Security: Artemis Security, Semgrep, Socket Security and Upwind
  • Monitoring: Sentry
  • Project management: Linear

Building your own app

The marketplace is now open to public submissions. You create the app in your namespace, where it stays private while you build, and build it against the Origin API.

Then you make it public and submit it with a slug, suggested tags and a demo video of install, uninstall and your core flows. Cursor reviews each submission before listing it.

Apps sign in with an app JWT and installation access tokens, receive webhook events, and can write back check runs, pull request comments and reviews.
